Practitioners (Professional, Allied, Associate):

Eligible Entrants

• ASID Ohio North Professional, Allied, and Associate members in good standing
• ASID Ohio North Student members in good standing
• ASID Ohio North Industry Partner members in good standing

Eligible Entries

• Projects must be completed and submitted by an ASID Ohio North Chapter member in good standing
• Projects must have been completed after September 2019
• It is recommended that your project(s) be professionally photographed

Important Dates

• Submissions Opens:  July 1, 2022
• Submission Deadline:  EXTENSION AUGUST 31, 2022
• Winners announced at Annual Meeting/Design Awards:  September 30, 2022

Entrant Information

Project Statement - See Judging Criteria below for points to consider in your Project Statement

500 words or less explaining the design challenges and your solutions. Include notes on unusual design criteria or restrictions, budgetary considerations, code considerations, space limitations, materials used. Include client objectives, square footage if applicable, a budget if available, and a date of completion or occupancy.

No identifying information for clients, designers or other involved parties should appear on the Project Statement. They will be reviewed by the judges and anonymity needs to be maintained. Projects not following this will be disqualified.

Photography

You are allowed to submit up to 10 photographs of your project. Each file must not exceed 10 MB. CELL PHONE PHOTOS ARE OK.

Floor Plans

You are allowed to submit up to 5 floor plans of your project (one for each floor, if multiple levels). These are to be included in the Project Template. 

**For Industry Partner submissions, please disregard floor plans**

Payment

You will be required to provide valid credit card information to process entries

Cost - No refunds will be given for any reason
